Single Implant tooth
Forty years ago losing all our natural teeth was normal. Dentures were very common -- so much so that in many parts of the country a set was a present for a 21st birthday!
Implant Dentistry ( few teeth)
When a few teeth are missing, replacement of missing teeth retained with implants, now is the preferred option. Reconstruction with implants will preserve bone and enhance aesthetics. It is no longer necessary to suffer the loss of self confidence and the dietary restriction often associated with dentures. I lost my six healthy front
teeth in a car accident. This was a very traumatic experience and during the
healing period, 1 had to wear a partial denture. I hated the denture,
however, once my implants were placed, and reconstruction completed with
fixed teeth, my self esteem and confidence were restored immediately.

Implant Dentistry ( full mouth)
We both decided to get rid of our dentures as they had caused numerous problems and the inability to eat our favorite food items was the main reason we opted for implant retained fixed teeth. Dr Vadgama and his team, were marvelous and the whole procedure which was fairly complex was completed over a 12 months period. The most amazing aspect of the treatment was that the pain and discomfort we anticipated from the surgery involved was so minimal that we are still unable to comprehend how easy and pain free the whole procedure was.

2001, I came to see Dr Vadgama, on the recommendation
of a friend.
Due
to an accident as a child, my poor front teeth were
dentures (on a bridge). The problem I had was that the
centre line was off by quite a lot, which I found
humiliating when I smiled.
The
treatment Dr Vadgama recommended was to put implants
and a new bridge in to create a new centre line.
Even
though dental work is quite intrusive and sometimes
stressful, I have always felt completely confident in
Dr Vadgama on a professional level and put at ease by
his very warm and friendly approach.
I
am very happy with the teeth I have now and with my
treatment throughout the process. Even though I live
in London, I have kept Dr Vadgama as my dentist and
would recommend him to others.

I came to Dr Vadgama with a huge amount of mercury fillings
which have now been replaced by Cerec. I also had a
fall in which my two front teeth were broken. These
have been replaced by crowns – this is many years
ago and they are still in excellent order.
I am pleased with the dental work I have had done, my mouth
is now “white” and I tend to come now just for
check ups and cleaning. My dental health is now
excellent!

Mr Kerne B Clemence
As a teenager, every visit to the dentist seemed to involve
pain, drilling and filling. As an adult, sensitive,
decaying back teeth caused discomfort when eating,
prompting regular feelings of regret that I had not
looked after my teeth.
Retirement from the teaching profession gave me the time to
follow up a recommendation to consult Dr V J Vadgama.
From the very moment I entered his pristine practice,
the confidence to trust him with my problems just grew
and grew. The warm and caring approach, together with
the consummate skill, knowledge and experience of Dr
Vadgama set me on the road to recovery.
He has changed my life. I now have twelve fully restored
back teeth with not a filling in sight. I can eat food
which is very hot or very cold without flinching and I
now treasure each tooth as a friends to be looked
after!
The cost of private fees was, frankly, quite a shock
initially but I reviewed my priorities accordingly. I
had the chance to remedy my teenage carelessness, thus
enhancing the quality of life in retirement. The true
value of my decision to go ahead with the treatment
plan gives me joy, every day, every meal.
